Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Certain situations allow for partial refunds only:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; some processing time may apply.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at thaddeus@gloryyan.com and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
- Trackable Shipping: For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
